Taizi Cafe, Cheras
Yippeeee!!! One more day and counting down to my trip... I can't wait!!!!! Gosh I have so many items to do on my list, have NOT even packed my things. Bestie is already there at Hong Kong, will be meeting her on Saturday upon my arrival. :)
I want to eat and shop and also visit Disneyland this time around. Darn looking forward. :)
Anyway here are more photos of my food spree at Taizi Cafe near Cheras. I visited bestie's new home there and we detoured to this cafe for lunch. Similar to any HK cafes youn find around but I still much prefer the all time famous Kim Gary and Wong Kok Char Chan Teng. A HK FOOD addict I really am.. tsk tsk.. :P
The food menu!
French Toast with honey and peanut butter... so so only...
Blended honey dew drink!
Nissin noodles with luncheon meat, ham, sausages and egg!
Fried nissin noodles!
I ordered the black pepper seafood udon... not too bad... quite yummy in fact :P

Michelangelo's Restaurant Deli & Bar
I was shopping at Pavilion one of the weekends and managed to savor a couple of nice things to pamper myself after a hectic time at work. Don’t ask me why, I guess shopping is a girl’s best therapy; to feel happy and contented. :)
Aside from shopping, FOOD makes me happy too and of course not forgetting spending lovely time with the bf. :P
After some shopping, I met up with the special someone and had dinner at Michelangelo’s Deli and Bar for some Italian delicacies. There’s a whole stretch of restaurants, cafes and bars situated outside of Pavilion, more like fine dining to sip wine and have steaks. Food are kind of expensive hence it was a way of pampering ourselves with some good food I guess :P
Italian Food anyone? I love pasta and pizza... yum yum :P
We sat inside. The ambience of the place was really nice; with a bar, front kitchen with people busy preparing freshly made pizzas and chandelier lightings. Even the waiters and waitress were dressed in black suit and dinner dresses!
The bar counter... all kinds of cocktails, liquor and wine available...
The menu! We ordered and shared the food since I was too full from all the shopping earlier. LOL!
Caesar Salad. Crispy Romanian Lettuce tossed with caesar sauce and fresh tomatoes. It come accompanied with boiled eggs and garlic toast! yum yum! RM 17.90
Their pizzas are really good and I much prefer thin crust like these unlike the ones you get at pizza hut. Topped with ample of CHEESE that melts in your mouth with every bite you take. It was really filling. Standard size of 6 slices. RM 24.90!
While shopping at Pavilion, I was at Topshop thinking of getting this black top. Very vintage like. But it was the last piece and I never liked buying the last piece I don't know why. Hence I bought something else.... ok that's about it. Stay tune for more FOOD up next
5 days and counting down to my Hong Kong trip... I can't wait! :)

Indonesian Cuisines @ Waroeng Penyet, The Curve
Happy Mother’s Day to all mummies and most important of all, my one and only best MUMMY in the world! May great wishes come to you always and I definitely understand it’s never easy being a mummy to 4 naughty kids like us. LOL!
Anyway I was longing to try out Waroeng Penyet at The Curve for a long time after hearing many good feedback of the place. The only Indonesian Food I had in the past was House of Sundanese Food at KLCC that serves great Indonesian cuisines.
Waroeng Penyet was opened by 4 Indonesians who have been living in Singapore for a few years and longing to serve a real traditional Javanese food to the locals as well as to Indonesians who reside here.
The first and only franchise in Malaysia, Waroeng Penyet at the curve! Opposite Kim Gary! :P
The FOOD Menu.... chicken, fish, soup of all varieties
As stated in their menu, Ayam Penyet a.k.a Flattened Fried Chicken is marinated with Java special sauce and deep fried to perfection!
Order, pay first and wait for your food... feels like a fast food joint. :P
Tanghoon soup! The soup was tasty! :P
Ayam Penyet, RM 7.90! It comes with fried beancurb and ample of sambal...
We opted for one fish - Bawal Penyet! RM 9.90! I much prefer the fish than the chicken. The chicken meat was a little tough though. Maybe should have opted for their Ayam Panggang/ Grilled Chicken! :)
